Timeline of 10/31 and 11/03/2005 events in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin.
This is what I believe actually happened on Monday, Oct 31, 2005 and also on November 3, 2005.
Barb Janda and Steven Avery had discussed placing the maroon van in the Auto Trader magazine in the weeks prior to October 31, 2005. Thanks to the research of AveryWave on Twitter we now know that Barb had also listed the van in the local Manitowoc County newspaper in January of 2005 and as that obviously didn’t result in the van being sold the week prior to Halloween Brendan and Steven got the motor and transmission repaired and the fluid leak stopped. Barb dropped the price and Steven went about finishing up getting it ready to be sold.
That Monday morning Bobby and Steven got the battery charged and the van was now ready to be sold so Steven called and asked for Teresa to come out and photograph the van to have it placedd into the Auto Trader magazine-a process he had done several times in the past year and a half.
Now let us all stop and think about this-If Steven had not planned on letting Teresa leave the Avery property alive-why would Barb and he have discussed listing the van at all or even more importantly why would he, Brendan and Bobby spend all that time and effort to get the van back into a sellable condition for the new buyer?
What would have been the point of any of that?
Anyway….
That Monday 10/31 Teresa arrived on the Avery property between 2-2:30pm. She parked near the van and got out of the RAV and then walked over and proceeded to photograph the van that according to the AT paperwork she had received from the office was to be listed for sale.
After completing this 1-2 minute task she then started to walk towards Stevens trailer (why Steven’s- well that is because that’s who she had always dealt with no matter what name the vehicle was being sold under) and at the same time Steven exited his trailer and walked towards her-she saw him coming out the door and turned around and walked back to the RAV and got in and he walked up to the drivers door.
They said "hello what’s up" and then they exchanged the paperwork/magazine for the $40 cash for the ad and then they said goodbye to each other.
She then started the RAV and left the property and Steven turned back around and proceeded back inside his trailer.
How do we know that these events are what happened?
The photographs taken the first days of the search warrant establish this account of events is what occurred.
The non-tampered with and/or late arriving to the scene evidence corroborated this and only this account of events:

This sign is never investigated nor explained. Yet it has an address and Teresa's cell phone number on it. The only piece of evidence that links the victim to Steven Avery in the trailer. Never mentioned again. What was the point of these photos? Was this going to have them go to the crime scene and then someone determined that the crime could not be connected to Steven if it happened off of the Avery property so that plan was scratched and a new one was hastily ans sloppily thrown together??
Back to the facts. As Steven has repeatedly claimed-that after Teresa left he walked back in the trailer and placed the AT magazine Teresa gave him on his desk the AT magazine and paperwork is found on the desk exactly where Steven Avery said he placed it. Now if he had as the prosecution wants us to believe instead upon Teresa's arrival accosted and drug Teresa into the house or garage upon-how did the magazine and paperwork end up undamaged on the desk? Not to mention that there is not one drop of Teresa’s blood nor are there any signs of a woman fighting for her life-or other bodily fluids in Stevens home or garage.
Back to Teresa Halbach on October 31, 2005:
Upon leaving the Avery property around 2:40 pm and likely still relatively close to the Avery Salvage Yard-someone is able to not only able to get Teresa to pull over and exit her vehicle -they also are able to get her to go to the back of the RAV . At this time she is then struck or shot in the head and placed in the rear of the RAV.
This sequence of events is corroborated by the blood on the rear gate as well as the blood pooled on the passenger side wall area in the back of the RAV that is seen in the photographs taken by law enforcement.

She and the RAV are then taken to a secluded location that is not the Avery property where the rest of the crime occurred.
How do we know that this is what happened?
The RAV simply could not have been placed in Stevens garage as not only was there not enough room for it to fit there also is no evidence to show it was ever in there at all. There is not one drop of her blood found in the garage and the garage as is shown in the video shot on November 6, 2005 by law enforcement was-much like Steven's trailer full of junk and there was no sign of a struggle or room to maneuver around in it. There also is the fact that not one of the many witnesses to Stevens activities that October day saw the RAV after Teresa left from the van photo shoot. Investigators took dozens of samples from both the trailer and the garage and only Steven's blood was found which again corroborated Steven's account of events.
Back to Teresa:
The secluded area (Kuss Road/Deer Camp?) is the likely site of the dismemberment and subsequent cremation -the ashes from the multiple barrel fires are then dumped throughout the 80 acre Manitowoc county owned quarry. When did these events occur? I think most likely these things happened during the week law enforcement had the Avery property under seizure from the search warrant. From around noon on November 5th, 2005 until the 12th only law enforcement approved personnel were allowed in the Manitowoc County quarry and Kuss Road area. There was a separate log kept and only a select few officers were in these areas.
After Teresa is murdered on October 31, 2005 the RAV is then left at the turnabout on 147 by the dam where it sits for a couple of days and many citizens recall seeing it and make mention of this to officers and dispatch.
One such citizen calls the Manitowoc county sheriffs department upon seeing the 11/3/05 9pm news broadcast regarding Teresa being missing and the photo of the vehicle she drives -this information is relayed to Detective Remiker by phone and he in turn asks Sergeant Andrew Colborn to check out the possible vehicle sighting.
At 9:15pm on 11/03/05 Remiker radios Colborn and asks if he has found out who those plates come back to yet to which Colborn responded “Negative.”
7 minutes later at 9:22pm on Nov 3,2005 Andrew Colborn calls dispatch and asks Lynn to run “SWH582” and confirms “99 Toyota” when informed by Lynn that it is indeed Halbachs vehicle and she is listed as missing”
This well sourced document establishes that all these events did occur on 11/03/05. I encourage everyone reading this post to take a few moments and read the linked document and sources provided as it really puts the events of November 3rd, 2005 into a clear light when it comes to this case. It also really makes one wonder about the "typo" excuse that is used so often in this case when it comes to the Manitowoc County Sheriffs Department. For instance in the Manitowoc County Sheriffs Office Halbach Investigation summary report the report on page 3 shows the RAV seized on 11/03/05. Then there is the Manitowoc County Sheriffs document that has Steven Avery listed as a homicide suspect on 11/03/05 on the bottom of page 1 and to add to this there is also that odd call from Wisconsin DOJ DCI S/A Deb Strauss on November 4,2005 to Calumet County Sheriffs office wanting to supply dirt on Steven Avery and she not once mentions or inquires about the woman who is missing and if there is any news about her. Why are all of these relevant you may ask? Well Teresa Halbach's vehicle was not "found" on the Avery Salvage Yard until November 5, 2005 and there is nothing besides the blood seen in the pictures above to indicate foul play has occurred. Teresa is not officially declared deceased until November 10, 2005.
So we know from this information that:
Manitowoc County Sheriffs Sargeant Andrew Colborn finds the RAV on Nov 3, 2005 at 9:22pm (he may very well have also been the person to have placed it there in the first place IMO) and then Manitowoc county goes radio and dispatch call silent not long after this for an entire 24 hour period while they figure out how to use this to frame Steven Avery and stop those damn civil suit depositions which were exposing all the shit wrong not only in the Manitowoc County Sheriffs Department but also in the entire state of Wisconsin law enforcement as well as just how evil Manitowoc County Sheriff Tom Kocourek and District Attorney Denis Vogel truly are.
When suspects are deleting phone calls and phone/radio records that’s a good indication that they are trying to hide the events that have occurred.
After all not only were these individuals in the process of being exposed and held accountable for intentionally framing an innocent man-one who was already going to prison ffs-they also had allowed a serial ra@it to remain free to continue to assault dozens of women for many more years until he was finally apprehended by another county in 1995.
Now we now know that also hanging over all of their heads is the news of yet another Gregory Allen CODIS hit and arrest warrant issued for another violent sexual assault that occurred only because of the decision made to frame Steven instead of arresting the obvious and only suspect in the Penny assault that Manitowoc county and Wisconsin desperately do not want to be found. Add to this the fact that Sheriff Tom Kocourek and District Attorney Denis Vogel are both due to be deposed in a few days in a $36,000,000.00 civil suit that is looking more and more bleak for the defendants with each deposition that was being taken and it is clear that Manitowoc County was in a very desperate position on October 31, 2005 -November 3, 2005. Was one of these men driven desperate enough to hire someone to or themselves kill an innocent woman who's only "crime" was that she had been to the Avery property on the day that the time had come to stop the civil suit depositions and teach Steven Avery that Manitowoc County-Tom Kocourek and Denis Vogel were not to be messed with? Just how morally bankrupt are these men?
