I Was Asked To Explain Teresa Halbachs RAV Key Found On The Floor During The Nov 8th Bedroom Search

Image
The cops and the DAs are the criminals in this case-they tell you this themselves if you only listen to what they actually say…. Pay attention to all the items on top of the bookcase The key is actually easily explained ……. …So three cops walk in a trailer supposedly to search a bedroom. A bedroom that had already been entered multiple times AND even searched previously-get this…..by some of these same officers that have come back yet again this day to “search” some more. Now this is day four of the search……. But wait……. It gets even better…. Now these officers- two of whom have been recently deposed in a civil suit that their “suspect” has filed against their employer as well as their county government and boss are-according to the other sheriffs department “running” the investigation➡️-what does that even really mean anyway?- they are not actually really investigating anything- Sheriff Jerry Pagel and DA Ken Kratz The Sheriff (Jerry Pagel) and Special Prosecutor (Ken Kratz) for...

November 15, 2021 Marks Sixteen Years Since Steven Avery Was Arrested For The Murder Of Teresa Halbach It Was Also The Day Denis Vogel Was To Be Deposed

I thought that it would be interesting to do a hypothetical list of questions that Steven Avery's attorneys Steven Glynn and Walt Kelly would likely have asked both Denis Vogel and Tom Kocourek. Perhaps if readers understand the wealth of information that had been uncovered by Kelly and Glynn up to and including Gene Kusche's aka " The Pencil " deposition it would help them to recognize just how " concerned " Manitowoc County Sheriff's Officers as well as the Manitowoc County District Attorneys (current and former for both agencies) truly were at the end of October 2005. First let us give a little background information to set the mood.  Steven Avery had been released  on September 11, 2003 after [ post conviction DNA testing  that the Innocence Project campaigned for proved he was not responsible for the  attempted murder and sexual assault  of Penny B as many people had  repeatedly informed  both Kocourek and Vogel from the  very first da...

Not A Popular Opinion In The Teresa Halbach Case Yet It Is One That Needs To Be Discussed. Who Benefitted From Teresa's Disappearance and Death?

Who Benefitted From Teresa Halbach Disappearing After Leaving Steven Avery's Property? While it is extremely difficult to present a alternative suspect with supporting evidence due to the intentional lack of any victimology or retrieval of text messages from all and even phone records from many I will present a theory from the truth seeking side of the fence for discussion. As I think all in the Making a Murderer community are aware the only people who have benefitted from the disappearance and death of Teresa Halbach are the individuals who would have been negatively impacted by Steven Avery's civil suit depositions and the case as a whole continuing. There is a strong desire by the small subset who preach Steven and Brendan's guilt to diminish the impact the depositions and the lawsuit was having in the state of Wisconsin and especially in Manitowoc County. For those who may not be informed about liability and Manitowoc's very limited insurance coverage in 1985 when...

Timeline of 10/31 and 11/03/2005 events in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. This is what I believe actually happened on Monday, Oct 31, 2005 and also on November 3, 2005. Barb Janda and Steven Avery had discussed placing the maroon van in the Auto Trader magazine in the weeks prior to October 31, 2005. Thanks to the research of AveryWave on Twitter we now know that Barb had also listed the van in the local Manitowoc County newspaper in January of 2005 and as that obviously didn’t result in the van being sold the week prior to Halloween Brendan and Steven got the motor and transmission repaired and the fluid leak stopped. Barb dropped the price and Steven went about finishing up getting it ready to be sold. That Monday morning Bobby and Steven got the battery charged and the van was now ready to be sold so Steven called and asked for Teresa to come out and photograph the van to have it placedd into the Auto Trader magazine-a process he had done several times in the past year and a...
